Delivery Issues
If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered, but you have not received it, please check around your property and with neighbors first. If it’s still missing, contact the carrier directly or reach out to us at support@harmindarshop.site so we can assist you.
International Shipping
At this time, we only ship within the United States. We are working on expanding our service area in the near future. Stay tuned for updates.
Damaged Packages
If your item arrives damaged during transit, please contact us within 3 days of receiving the item. Provide your order number and photos of the damaged product and packaging. We will work with you to offer a replacement or refund.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly during checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If you realize there is an error, contact us as soon as possible so we can attempt to correct it before the order is dispatched.
