Returns Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. Returns must be requested within 14 days of the delivery date. After 14 days, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of products are exempt from being returned. These include:

Customized or personalized items

Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable”

Items damaged after delivery due to misuse or negligence

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please email our support team at support@harmindarshop.site with your order number, the reason for your return, and clear photos if the item is damaged or defective. Once approved, we will provide return instructions including the shipping address.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item without tracking confirmation.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photographic evidence. We will assess the issue and may offer a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund within the expected timeframe, please first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company or bank. If you still have not received your refund, contact us at support@harmindarshop.site, and we’ll be happy to assist.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, email us with your order details and photos of the item.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, provided they have not yet been processed or shipped. After this time, we may be unable to cancel your order as it may already be in transit.
